We understand that accidents may happen when you are wearing your pieces, but please remember that all sales are final and items damaged by the customer will not be exchanged or refunded.

It is natural for jewellery to tarnish or discolour overtime when worn frequently, however to decrease the likelihood of this happening, follow the guidelines below.

Tarnish may occur due to several factors which include:

. Exposure to moisture, humidity, sunlight and oxygen

. Acidity (ph balance) of a persons skin (eg. Sweat)

. Exposure to perfume, cleaning products, moisturiser, shampoo and soap

Here are some jewellery care tips to help you keep your jewellery pieces looking its best:

. Keep your jewellery away from humidity, extreme temperatures or sunlight

. Always individually store your jewellery so that they don’t rub, scratch or tangle

. Avoid applying creams, spraying perfume or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery

. Remove all jewellery when showering or bathing and engaging in heavy exercise

. Avoid wearing your jewellery when using chemicals (bleach, cleaning products)

. Polish and clean your jewellery using a soft, non abrasive cloth to help maintain and bring back its shine
