Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds due to sanitary and hygiene reasons.
We package all orders with 100% care so our customers are satisfied.
Once an item has been purchased, the order cannot be cancelled, this is due to the way orders are processed and shipped off very quickly so we cannot guarantee we will get your cancellation before your order is shipped to you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, subject to a case by case review.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
